OUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
If you change your mind or you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.
CONDITION FOR RETURNING ITEMS
For a smooth return process and to avoid any delays, it is important to securely return items using the original packaging provided in accordance with our returns policy.
In order to ensure that your return is accepted, please make sure that the item(s) are unworn and in perfect condition, with all designer tags still attached. Additionally, if the item(s) came with designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags, please include them in your return. Please note that returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense or donated to charity.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURNS MADE EASY
For all returns, we require you to use our online returns portal. Please give a clear reason/s for your return. Once you've submitted your return via the portal, you'll receive an email with a complimentary print-at-home returns label that you can use.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM/S?
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEM
Absolutely! Kindly note that all return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe that your item is faulty, you must submit photos of the fault when returning it through our online portal. Our customer service team will assess the photos and either approve the return or contact you for further information.
DO WE CHARGE A RETURN FEE
No, we do not charge for returns. Our returns are free of charge.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
We reserve the right to reject returns if the item has been worn, marked, tampered with in any way, or if product tags have been removed or if our policy is misused.
RETURNING ITEMS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK
We currently only ship within the UK and therefore do not offer a returns service outside the UK.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RETURN GETS LOST?
We us trusted and reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL or FedEx for returns.
A collection of the returning item will be arranged with the authorised collecting courier.
We do not take responsibility for items sent by any other means.
